If card verification failed, a deposit made with this card is canceled. As soon as a deposit is canceled, we release the blocked amount on the card immediately. No charge is made. It may take some time for your bank to show the amount as available again, usually 3 business days or less. Some banks may need up to 14 business days.

Please note that we release the amount immediately after cancellation and have no control over the rest of the process. If the funds are not refunded to the card in 14 business days, please contact the issuing bank.
