A card deposit may be declined if:
- We did not receive a response from the issuing bank, either due to poor internet connection or to technical issues at the bank.
- You have not verified the card.
If you entered all the details correctly and there are no connection problems, but the transaction still does not go through, use our card deposit checklist:
- 3D Secure is enabled.
- Online payments are allowed.
- There is enough money on the card.
- This is a plastic card with your name on it.
- The payment is within transaction limits set by your bank.
- Your bank does not have any restrictions on transactions with this MCC code.
