Your wallet can be blocked if:
- You entered wrong login or password too many times, so our security system blocked the account to prevent unauthorized access.
- You restricted access to your wallet to certain IP addresses or an IP address range, and now you are trying to access it from an unlisted address.
- You decided to close your wallet earlier.
If you want to unblock your wallet, please create a ticket, and our operators will help you ASAP. Verification may be requested to prevent unauthorized wallet access.
We recommend entering your password manually each time to make sure you do not enter wrong credentials. Username and password are case sensitive (uppercase and lowercase). Make sure to not enter any extra characters including space. Do not copy passwords and do not save them in the browser.
